Kent have released Rob Ferley and Warren Lee from their contracts.
Left-arm spinner Ferley arrived back at the club in 2009 after a spell with Nottinghamshire, having previously made his first-class debut for Kent in 2001.
The 28-year-old found his opportunities limited due to injury and form and has consequently been released and is expected to play Minor Counties cricket.
Lee signed a development contract ahead of the season after showing glimpses of promise in the Pro40 last year, but hasn’t featured in the first-team at all this summer.
Head coach Paul Farbrace said: “Both Rob and Warren are talented players in their own right so it is disappointing to see them leave, but the time has come for them to take on new challenges. Both are keen to stay in the game and I wish them the best of luck with their future plans. I would like to thank them for their contribution to Kent cricket.”
